Competency Test for Public Health Experts

Greetings, may you always be in the blessings of Allah SWT. In connection with the implementation of the 5th Indonesian Public Health Expert Competency Test (UKAKMI), which will be held on April 21, 2018, please allow us to convey the following points:

  1. Registration of prospective examinees is carried out from February 19 – March 19, 2018, online through the website www.ukakmi.org or www.ukakmi.com with terms and conditions as can be seen in Attachment-1.
  2. The exam will be held simultaneously throughout Indonesia using the Paper Based Test (PBT) method on April 21, 2018.
  3. The registration process for UKAKMI exam participants for the period of April 21, 2018, involves the role of the institutions of the Public Health College from the prospective participants as institutional verifiers with the tasks attached in Attachment-2. If the institution of origin of the prospective participant does not verify, then the prospective participant concerned cannot take the exam.
  4. Registration fee as a test taker:
  • New participants Rp. 500,000 (five hundred thousand rupiahs)
  • Re-taker participants amounting to Rp. 150,000, – (one hundred and fifty thousand rupiahs)
  • The registration fee is paid by prospective examinees after receiving verification from the institution of the Public Health College where the participant comes from and obtaining a virtual account number to make payments. The payment period starts on February 26 – March 26, 2018.

In connection with the above, we ask for the willingness of your institution to help verify prospective participants from your institution. If your institution is willing, we ask that you assign a lecturer or administrative staff as an institutional verifier and fill out and send the letter of the intent form (attached) to the committee before February 14, 2018 (via email: kn.ukakmi@gmail.com). The procedures and registration procedures for prospective participants can be seen in attachment-1 of this letter.

To support the successful implementation of UKAKMI in April 2018, we ask for your help to inform students and graduates from your institution regarding this activity.
